| as you all know i have no f*cken clue when it comes to computers accessories ect.... being the idiot that i am i order a piece of shit of vcard on 10 -18 2008 my shipping date was on the 21st i called on the 19th to cancel it the first f*cken GUY told me i couldnt cancel it that it was in production "i said gotcha i under dude but i dont want that shit what can i do " this fucken guy sez to me u gotta use it "i said fuck no! you use it "how can i return it"then this f*ck sez "oh you wanna return it" like this dumb f*ck did nt already know that.he sez "when you recieve it ship it out to us within 21 days" i said got it ' he goes have a nice day then said 'ok suck it easy"The same dayi call again to cancel it and make a complaint.anothere dumb F*CK tells me "you can cancel the order"after i made the complaint.then he goes on and cancel my order. DAY#2 10-21 I GO ONLINE to check out the vcard i go into my wife 's account lol and read order status SHIPPED  i call dell to find out why is his order still active and i start telling how bad their service and that i wanna get tranfered to the return and shipping department i get cut off . i called 5 f*cken times repeating the same f*cken thing to each AND EVERY one them i get cut off finally i called again i told THIS f*cken idiot "you f*cken better not cut me off again" "this has been a horrible purchasing experience for me over A f*cken vcard.i keep telling him "just f*cken transfer me to that fu*cken department he sez no i cant you have to receive your order first  :evil:  i told him that i im not toucHing that f*cken vcard for shit!!! he sez if you reject it it will only delay your return  finally after bashing him with harsh words i said " well im going to return it personally and stick up your ass"he said ' im sorry to here that"i sez TO HIM i sez "im sorry for you cuz its gonna f*cken hurt :affraid:lmfao

| you had better call them and ask them to send you a return slip, otherwise you have to pay to ship it back.
Tell them
"I had called to cancel my order before it was shipped, but now i find out it was shipped anyway. I don't wanna have to pay for shipping so please send a package intercept to the carrier or send me a return slip."
THESE ARE BOTH THINGS THAT THEY CAN AND SHOULD DO, ANY GRIEF AND DEMAND TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR.

| Im have problem when has bought a ready computer of manufacture. In it there was a bad videocard. I have bought a new videocard, but it did not have no place.  Unsuccessful architecture of the mainboard. Because of a design of a Computer Cases no mainboard approached. It was necessary to take an old Computer Cases and to buy a new mainboard that I could use a new videocard. Now I buy accessories and I collect a computer.  |

and dell pc for gaming
